The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals. The Senior Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and mitigates risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Project Planning & Initiation Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Establish project governance and approval processes. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. Clearly communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities. Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and meetings. Facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders. Project Execution & Monitoring Oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure adherence to plans. Track project progress against milestones and deadlines. Manage project budgets and control costs. Identify and resolve issues or obstacles promptly. Adjust project plans as necessary to meet objectives. Risk Management & Issue Resolution Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and respond to project risks throughout the lifecycle. Escalate issues to senior management when necessary. Document lessons learned for future projects. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational policies. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Communication & Reporting Prepare and deliver regular project status reports. Maintain clear and consistent communication channels. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors. Document project progress, decisions, and changes. Closing & Post-Project Evaluation Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved. Conduct project closeout meetings and compile final reports. Document lessons learned and best practices. Transition project outputs to operational teams. Non Exemption/Must Have Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred) (Non negotiable) Proven experience of minimum of 5 years experience in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects. (Non Negotiable) Project Management Certification (PM) or other relevant certification is preferred. (Non Negotiable) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. (Non Negotiable) Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. (Non Negotiable) Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
