What You’ll Do Partner with the brand, Category Business Leads, and Project Leads within the client structure to scope, plan, and manage projects and programs with maximum efficiency and impact. Manage long-term experience roadmaps, quarterly demand, and detailed content calendars in partnership with the client digital lead. Draft key milestones and project plans outlining deliverables and timings per workstream. Coordinate with senior/management level clients and all project teams to ensure smooth communication, documentation, and logistics. Own and enforce agency core processes (Think/Create/Realise/Optimise). Scope effectively based on customer outcomes and creative ambitions, within budgets and timelines. Manage scope and change requests to avoid missed deadlines and cost overruns. Ensure briefs are complete and clear before engaging resources; enforce internal QA processes. Co-own project budgets and staffing resources. Prepare meeting materials (agendas, presentations, notes) and manage communication. Develop and maintain clear SoW and functional/technical documentation; present and justify SoW including timelines and budgets. Maintain up-to-date project information in Delivery tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA) for reporting. Schedule regular project meetings and verify timing with the project team; adjust for project phase requirements. Manage project risk with flags, risk tracking, and contingency plans. Mentor and coach junior team members and support development of future Program and Account Managers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports diversity, talent, and flexible workflows. Understand and respect each department’s role in delivering great work. Governance and optimization: safeguard operating model and change management within OU/market context, ensuring team compliance with processes. Support the Brand Integration Lead and Project Lead in navigating the Experience Loop timing. Store, file, and provide access to all project documents. Collaborate with the Brand Project Lead to complete the Project Statement in MAP and ensure financial controls for studio project work. Demonstrate exceptional resource planning and team management skills. Coordinate production briefs with the DigiOps delivery team and manage delivery and go-live timelines with the client digital leads. Champions change and communicates transformation within OU/Market clusters. Note: This role may require adapting to changing project demands and timelines. What You’ll Need 4–7 years of related experience in program/project/account management with client-facing experience delivering quality work. At least 1 formal qualification in professional program/project management (e.g., ACP, PMP, PgMP, CAPM). Experience delivering programs and integrated campaigns in at least 3 of the following verticals: Brand Development, Advertising, Content Marketing, Retail, CPG, Digital/Social Advertising, Digital Transformation, Technology Platforms, PR & Influence, Experience Design, Events and Experiential Marketing, Integrated Production. Strong senior client relationship management experience. Experience in integrated, digital, and traditional production; ability to deliver projects with multiple deliverables within timelines and budgets. Working knowledge of agency operations, including finance and compliance frameworks. Understanding and appreciation of the creative process; capable of championing great work. Knowledge of client-side marketing operations and ability to build relationships at all levels with clients and partners. Proven negotiation skills and risk assessment/mitigation experience at the project level. Curious, lifelong learner with strong listening and adaptability; calm and confident under pressure.
