Responsibilities
  • Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs.
  • Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required.
  • Leads coordination efforts with leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of a Bachelor Degree
  • Strong understanding of company patterns and analytical models relevant to the role
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to cope with complex situations through deliberate analysis and planning
  • 15 years of work experience and minimum 8 years solid experience as a Project Manager working on agile teams
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies in enterprise-level application development projects
  • Experience in the Insurance and Banking industry preferred
