Job Description The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Project Manager Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects focused on process improvement, digital enablement, and employee experience enhancement. Partner with HR and business leaders to align project objectives with global people strategies and organizational priorities. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with HR governance standards. Embed change management principles to drive engagement, adoption, and long-term sustainability of HR initiatives. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Talent, and Technology to ensure cohesive implementation. Strengthen HR project management and change management capability within the organization through coaching and best practice sharing. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems to support global efficiency and consistency. The Successful Applicant The successful Senior HR Project Manager should have: Proven experience leading HR transformation or people-related projects within a complex or global organization. Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and governance frameworks (e.g., talent, rewards, HR operations, or employee lifecycle). Skilled in change management methodologies and able to integrate them effectively within project execution. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills across global teams. Strategic thinker with analytical and organizational capabilities, focused on delivering sustainable results.
