Job Description
  • Job responsibilities: handle various IT-related tasks at the office such as installation of software, deployment of machines (laptops and desktops), networking, troubleshooting of user issues, and other regular IT duties.
  • Act as data protection officer for the company – in charge of data security.
  • Monitor server and firewall logs.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras.
  • Prepare inventory of assets, IT alerts/reports, monitoring logs.
  • Prepare status reports on activities.
  • Other technical activities as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Graduate of a 4-year computer science course.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role.
  • Knowledgeable in both hardware and software troubleshooting.
