Relationship Management & Business Development Stay in touch with past & current customers. Monitor project status and quality Search for potential clients thru market saturation and market data research gathering. Initiate and perform commercial and technical presentations Initiate accreditation procedures Conduct technical meetings and product demonstration with customers Respond to inquiries from customers Sales & After Sales Service Prepare price costing for price costing for supply and service proposals. Prepare and submit proposals Perform customer visits Coordinate details with various department to address customer requirements Submit activity reports thru CRM in a timely manner Development of long-term business relationships with customers Ensure successful project completion from start to end Attend to after sales service requirements of the customers Ensure key performance indicators are met Project Coordination Coordinate project arrangements before, during and after Monitor project status and provide reports to executive team Logistics Coordination Coordinate with different departments for shipment of orders. Monitor materials, products related to the project Coordinate deliveries of products with customers Qualifications Minimum of 2 years Sales related experience; preferably from Engineering/Construction related industry.
