Partner Documents Review Head – GCash

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and risk management strategies related to partner onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with GCash policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards (e.g., BSP)
  • Oversee timely processing of documentation for wallet creation and partner onboarding activities
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Account Management teams
  • Serve as point-of-contact for audit and regulatory interactions relating to onboarding
  • Represent the onboarding team in cross-functional and management meetings
Team Management & Performance
  • Supervise onboarding document analysts and support staff
  • Conduct coaching sessions and regular performance reviews
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in the work of the team
Reporting & Governance
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports, including KPIs, QA results, and audit resolutions
  • Monitor and address onboarding SLAs, backlog, and compliance issues
  • Provide process documentation and policy updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree required (Business, Finance, or related)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC/KYM roles in banking or fintech
  • Preferred: ACAMS/ICA certifications, Agile or Six Sigma Certification
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of BSP regulatory requirements
