Overview

Senior Manager, Process Management Head at GCash

Responsibilities
  • Lead the governance and optimization of Agile delivery workflows across initiative intake, design, delivery, and deployment stages.
  • Ensure process alignment with organizational goals and compliance with BSP Circulars, ITIL 4, ISO, and Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate the weekly VMO huddle to review delivery status, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Drive delivery risk management, ensuring early identification, escalation, and mitigation of blockers or inefficiencies.
  • Analyze and generate actionable insights from operational and delivery data for Steering Committee reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and auditable documentation of process flows and controls.
  • Partner with product, delivery, and compliance teams to embed process excellence and support continuous improvement.
