Job overview: The position is responsible for collating and analyzing financial and operational data for Hitachi Solutions in APAC. Provides support for management reporting and ad-hoc financial reports for the Head of Finance APAC.
Reports to : Assistant Vice President (AVP) Finance - APAC
Employment Type : Full-time, permanent
Work Schedule : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location : Full-time work from home (until further notice). Office address in BGC, Taguig City
- Analyzing financial data
- Researching macroeconomic and microeconomic conditions
- Preparing accounting and other required reports and projections
- Establishing and evaluating records, statements, and profit plans
- Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk
- Coordinating with Finance team and risk analyst as needed
- Coordinating with Operations Team to provide qualitative information on financial results
- Providing financial models and making financial forecasts
Prepare the following outputs:
- Working Paper Templates on Budget and Monthly Rolling Forecast based on Adaptive System
- APAC Budget Worksheets per ODIN Entity and Consolidated
- Monthly Monitoring Report of Actual vs. Budget per Entity and Consolidated
- Monthly Detailed Rolling Forecast
- Any other ad-hoc analysis reports as required by Head of Finance or Top Management
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience (preferred)
- Exposure to several aspects of accounting and finance

Job Description
Role : Accountable for delivery of key finance processes. FO drives value by end-to-end operational excellence and cost-effective performance. Responsibilities include data gathering, analysis, and reporting; solving standard data queries; working within defined procedures; supporting management and specialists; and identifying process improvements.
Key Activities
- Collection and validation of CWT certificates
- Recovery/validation of certificates and balance reconciliation
- Replacement requests for invalid certificates
- Track offenses and send reminders as part of consequence management
- Rename certificates to BIR-prescribed naming conventions
- Archive hard copies for audit purposes
