Be among the first 25 applicants Employment Type: Full-Time | Probationary (6 months) Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Design Lead to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and cost-effective solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to our ongoing digital transformation journey and involves close collaboration with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors. Lead the design and architecture of innovative, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and peer reviews to development teams. Oversee the implementation and integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with company standards, security policies, and best practices. Maintain solution documentation and provide regular project progress reports. Identify areas for system/process improvements and introduce enhancements. Engage with vendors and partners for licensing, billing, and project alignment. Support the full lifecycle of ServiceNow solutions from ideation to deployment. Assist in budgeting and ensure timely delivery within cost constraints. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related 4‑year IT course. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform. At least 5 years in solutions design and implementation in a digital transformation context. Must hold at least one ServiceNow certification from NOW Learning. Technical Skills Expertise in ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Custom Apps). Knowledge of ServiceNow licensing, Performance Analytics, and Reporting. Strong background in system integration, including MID Servers. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Other Requirements Willingness to travel when necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
