We’re looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead and scale our cross-border e-commerce business. If you thrive in fast-paced global markets and know how to turn insights into action, this role is for you. What We’re Looking For Develop and decompose annual sales targets based on company goals Conduct demand analysis for sales forecasting and manage marketing budgets Research and execute localized sales strategies in target international markets Increase product visibility, click-through, and conversion both on-platform and off-platform Master platform operations across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and others Build and adapt strategic plans based on platform rules and market behavior Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior Lead decision-making processes grounded in actionable insights Manage full operations of cross-border e-commerce stores Define SOPs, KPIs, and execute performance-driven workflows Recruit, train, and lead a team of 10+ across operations Manage DTC platforms such as Shopify or WordPress from end to end Oversee TikTok account growth through short-form content and live selling Who are you: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Minimum 5 years in cross-border e-commerce operations (Shopify, etc.) Proven experience managing teams of 10+ Preferred background in brand management and product development Familiarity with AI tools like Adobe Sensei or Canva Strong strategic thinking and execution High data literacy and decision-making based on insights Effective team leadership and cross-functional collaboration Proficient in SEO/SEM and AI-powered content creation High emotional intelligence, resilient, and results-driven Why this role matters: This role plays a key part in driving global revenue growth while building long-term brand equity across international markets.
