We’re a growing online startup looking for a motivated Business Development & Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s passionate about sales, events, marketing, and business growth — and eager to learn directly under our Director of Business Development through hands-on mentorship and guidance. What You’ll Do Drive new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and sales calls. Assist in planning and coordinating events that promote our brand and partnerships. Support daily business operations and light administrative tasks. Create simple, engaging visuals and marketing materials using Canva (using our templates). Conduct market research and help develop strategies to reach potential clients. What We’re Looking For A college graduate (any field) with strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development. Confident in communication — not afraid to pick up the phone or meet clients. Fluent in English and Tagalog (spoken and written). Organized, proactive, and willing to learn. Experience with Canva , Google Workspace , or event coordination is a plus. Based in or near Taguig , willing to report onsite part of the week.
