Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Events Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with corporate and brand clients, and promoting our venue as a top choice for private and corporate events. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth by connecting with decision-makers and positioning our unique event offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage companies, organizations, and potential clients for events (e.g., corporate functions, brand launches, team dinners, holiday parties).
  • Use a variety of outreach channels including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
  • Maintain and manage a leads database to track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities.
  • Understand and confidently present our event offerings, brand identity, and selling points to prospective clients.
  • Set appointments or coordinate introductory calls between potential clients and the Events Manager.
  • Report weekly progress, leads generated, and conversion metrics to the Events Manager.
  • Provide feedback on outreach strategies and share client insights to improve sales approaches.

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality, or corporate event sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with executives, decision-makers, and gatekeepers.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Filipino or other local languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, or sales tracking software is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, F&B, or events industry is a strong plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
