- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- With at least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or public presenting
- Experience in franchising or B2B sales is a strong advantage
- Strong public speaking and communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Confident in pitching to large groups and individual VIPs
- Persuasive, energetic, and engaging personality
- Presentation tool proficiency (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides)
- Basic CRM or sales tracking knowledge is a plus
- Willing to travel nationwide and internationally
- Comfortable in both corporate and casual settings
- Can work under pressure and hit sales targets
- With strong personal brand or social media presence (optional bonus)
