As an HR Business Partner at Coinbase, you'll be a crucial player in ensuring the company's success by partnering with leaders across the organization to design, implement, and scale HR strategies that align with business goals. This role will focus on managing people strategies, fostering organizational growth, and enhancing overall employee engagement. You’ll also be pivotal in talent management, performance optimization, and supporting leadership in navigating complex HR challenges. People Programs: Spearhead initiatives like performance management, talent development, employee engagement, retention strategies, and internal communications to enhance Coinbase's organizational culture. Stakeholder Management: Partner with leaders across various functions to drive organizational design, planning, and relevant people strategies. Coaching & Guidance: Provide support and coaching to managers and employees on skill development, career pathing, performance management, and sensitive people issues. People Data & Insights: Utilize data to analyze trends, drive people insights, and inform decision-making that leads to positive organizational change. HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies are compliant with local regulations and best practices, while proactively addressing employee relations issues. Organizational Health: Work closely with leadership to maintain high levels of employee engagement and ensure overall organizational health. What We’re Looking for in You 8+ Years of HR Experience: Proven track record as an HR professional, chief of staff, or consultant with experience executing HR programs. Proven Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to navigate sensitive situations and provide advice to leaders while balancing business needs and employee relations. Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data to inform people strategies, assess organizational health, and influence change. Clear Communication & Escalation Skills: Comfortable engaging in feedback conversations across all levels of the organization and providing clear guidance. Thrives in Ambiguity: Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced and changing environment. Confidentiality & Integrity: A reputation for maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Experience in Call Center Environments: Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in a customer service-focused organization would be beneficial.
