
HR Business Partner

The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key responsibilities include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. It also includes advising on HR policy and assisting with the implementation of HR procedures and processes. This position spans multiple functional areas within HR.
What does the role involve?The role involves partnering with line management to provide HR consultation and support to employees and management groups. Responsibilities include support and coaching for line managers, employee development, strategic recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and organizational development aligned with business objectives. The role also includes managing local HR projects and supporting global HR initiatives.
What you need is:- 5-10 years of HRBP experience (both operational and strategic)
- Talent Acquisition experience, from developing hiring plans to execution
- International experience through volunteering, overseas assignments, or studies
- High learning agility and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working in complex, matrix, and multinational organizations
