What's the role?

The purpose of the role is to partner with line management to provide general Human Resources (HR) related consultation, support, service, and guidance to Hilti employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include line management support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, people development/succession planning, and organizational development in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities. The role involves managing and implementing local HR projects as well as assisting in Global HR initiatives. It also advises on HR policy and assists with the implementation of HR procedures & processes. This role spans more than one functional specialization within HR.

What does the role involve?

The role involves partnering with line management to provide HR consultation, support, and guidance to employees and management groups. Responsibilities include support/coaching, employee development, strategic recruiting, legal compliance, succession planning, and organizational development aligned with Hilti’s strategic goals. The role also manages local HR projects and supports global HR initiatives.

Scope

This is an entry point into the HRBP function, advising on HR policy and assisting with HR procedures & processes across multiple HR functions.

What you need is:
  1. 5-10 years of HRBP experience (both operational and strategic)
  2. Experience in Talent Acquisition (from developing hiring plans to execution)
  3. International experience (such as volunteering, overseas assignments, or studies)
  4. High learning agility and strong interpersonal skills
  5. Experience working in complex, matrix, and multinational organizations
