We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner for its Metro Manila Regional Business Unit (RBU). This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a solid background in labor relations. The HR Manager will support more than 200 store team employees and interface with franchisees, Managing Directors, and General Managers. Key Responsibilities Act as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU, providing strategic HR support and guidance. Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Collaborate with leadership teams and franchise partners to address HR-related concerns. Supervise two direct reports and support the development of store-level teams up to Senior Manager/Area Manager level. Participate in occasional events and activities as part of the hybrid work setup. After one year, transition to support the Commissary (Sucat) operations with increased on-site presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields (open to other courses). At least 1–2 years of managerial experience, preferably in HR business partnering. Strong background in employee engagement, labor relations, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Culture fit is prioritized over technical skills. Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup) and eventually in Sucat (4x/week onsite).
