We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for the role of Business Development - Acquisition and Incubation Lead at Shopee Manila, located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. This position focuses on acquiring and incubating new brand partners on the Mall platform.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of up to 30 newly onboarded shops per month on the Mall platform.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned brand partners during the incubation period.
- Support and guide new brands through the 12-week incubation program.
- Assist with setting up product listings and ensuring compliance with branding and marketing standards.
- Educate brands on available growth programs and marketing tools, both on-site and off-site.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics such as ADO (Average Daily Orders), ADGMV (Average Daily Gross Merchandise Value), monetization rates, and utilization of platform benefits.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing packages chosen by incubating brands.
- Set up promotional freebies and track milestone completions to ensure program effectiveness.
- Regularly collect feedback from brand partners to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance the incubation experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or brand development preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
