Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing strategic plans, and managing sales processes. The role includes conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of customized solutions to clients.
Qualifications- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and managing sales processes
- Experience in the technology, consulting, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
