Role overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Airbnb virtual concierge service. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with Airbnb and other short-term property management hosts, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the short-term rental market (VRBO, Booking.com, etc.), a proven track record in business development, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth of the Airbnb virtual concierge service by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Airbnb hosts and other short-term property management contacts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence in the short-term rental sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.
Ideal profile / Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Other Services industry.
  • Working knowledge of business development, B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
