BIM Engineer Location: Alphaland Southgate Mall, Makati City Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, Dayshift Key Responsibilities Develop and review BIM models following company standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as consultants and clients, to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct clash detection and generate construction/shop drawings using BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.). Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and Leighton’s protocols. Support the preparation of technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions. Qualifications Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling and drafting experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Knowledgeable in BIM coordination, clash analysis, and construction simulation. What We Look For Strong technical skills with a passion for innovation in construction and technology.
