QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a Licensed Architect/CE/ME/EE
  • With at least 5 years for BIM related softwares, good written and communication skills; good moral character and had been in DMCI or its affiliates company within 1– 2 years in service

JOB DESCRIPTION

Architectural and Design Management

  • Reviews all BIM design related procedures, construction documents to gain an overall picture of DMCI's design scope of work;
  • Maintains modeler; and manages each Coordinators and BIM
  • Reviews and supervises the production of BIM model, extraction of CADD file from Revit to shop drawings and recording of As- drawings;
  • Recommends alternative strategy BIM execution plan and systematic approach to address managing design issues as required by projects (raise RFI cases; for Designer's approval);
  • Reviews and coordinates BIM model, submittal procedures, plans and layout of projects and integrates engineering elements;
  • Ensures that all materials, drawings and other technical content in the 3D BIM model complies with standard set by DMCI , the proponent of the Joint Venture projects, the owner and the design team and are submitted on time;
  • Ensures the proper recording and documentation on all/any changes such as substitutions, additions, materials, availability, design conflict and budget accommodations are brought to the attention of BIM Manager and affected parties for resolution;

Interfacing/Coordination

  • Attends the coordination meetings, virtual meeting with various design professionals to ensure accuracy of drawings of the various trades;
  • Conducts site visits to check on development of design and BIM model and procedures;
  • Interface with Architects, Engineers, Clients, Vendors, subcontractor to support project operations and resolve conflicts and issues arising from site;
  • Manages the coordination and overall integration of technical activities;

  • Document accurately all changes made in the approved construction drawings in accordance with ISO procedures
