Job description:

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate 3D models for construction projects using BIM software.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate all project aspects into the BIM model.
  • Use BIM models to support constructability reviews, quantity & material take-offs.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines.
    Stay current with updates and advancements in BIM technology.
  • Engage in BIM coordination meetings to discuss model progress and resolve issues.
  • Develop and refine BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of BIM standards across the project.
  • Utilize BIM for visualization and simulation to support design decision-making.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions.
  • Generate construction documents and reports from BIM models.
  • Assist in the extraction of 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with project managers to align BIM models with project timelines and milestones.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of BS Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical field

-
At least 2+
year of working experience in
Revit
projects

-Preferably experienced in
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
trades

-Strong skills in 3D modeling, coordination, and
BIM standards
