Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate all project aspects into the BIM model. Use BIM models to support constructability reviews, quantity & material take-offs. Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines. Stay current with updates and advancements in BIM technology. Engage in BIM coordination meetings to discuss model progress and resolve issues. Develop and refine BIM models throughout the design and construction phases. Contribute to the establishment and enforcement of BIM standards across the project. Utilize BIM for visualization and simulation to support design decision-making. Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions. Generate construction documents and reports from BIM models. Assist in the extraction of 2D drawings and construction documents from BIM models. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of BIM standards and best practices. Work closely with project managers to align BIM models with project timelines and milestones. Qualifications Graduate of BS Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical field. At least 2+ years of working experience in Revit projects. Preferably experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) trades. Strong skills in 3D modeling, coordination, and BIM standards.
