We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join us as a full-time Inbound Sales Specialist to be based in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for new customers, helping them understand the services and guiding them through their first payment.
This role requires onsite work during the first 3-months, then shifts to a hybrid setup (3x onsite weekly), following Australian business hours 6:00AM - 3:00PM Philippines time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new customers joining the platform.
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the value of our services.
- Guide customers through their first payment process.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage a weekly portfolio of around 60 new customers.
- Conduct outreach via phone and email to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of experience in inbound sales or similar role.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM (preferred, not essential).
- Prior experience working with Australian customers.
- Background in rewards, travel, or credit cards is highly regarded.
- Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written.
