Business Development & Technical Solutions Lead (Supervisory) Role Summary Performs as a supervisory role. Represent and promote the company, its partners, and products in the Renewable Energy industry—focused on utility‑scale ground‑mounted projects nationwide—to expand market share and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow the utility ground‑mounted segment. Track and engage with DOE‑listed projects from pre‑development to completion. Identify new customers, partners, and business opportunities nationwide. Build strong relationships with landowners, developers, consultants, contractors, and C‑level stakeholders. Stay updated on government policies supporting renewable energy projects. Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and customer meetings. Maintain excellent customer relations and address concerns promptly. Provide weekly sales updates and market intelligence to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the Renewable Energy industry. Background in Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) or Development. Strong knowledge of Photovoltaic Systems and Battery Energy Storage. Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.
