In this role, you’ll collaborate with partners in Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and Product Management to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of products and features across our systems. Responsibilities Collaborate with architects and other developers on specifications, designs, standards, code reviews, test capabilities, and deployment decisions. Lead a team of developers through meaningful engagements, mentoring, and a community‑driven attitude. Demonstrate leadership with a strong sense of personal accountability. Partner with Product, Project, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to release high‑quality software and ensure its reliable operation in production. Work collaboratively with team members and project stakeholders to create realistic and reliable estimates for work. Participate in research of production issues when needed. Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting your work. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc., or equivalent experience. Must have experience with at least one strongly typed language and at least one scripting language. Experience with architecture design using Enterprise Integration Patterns/.MERN/MVC. Experience developing Rest APIs and JSON. Leadership positions or roles on teams/projects. Project planning and estimation of tasks. Knowledge of build automation tools and pipelines – Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, etc. May occasionally work non‑standard hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary to support business needs.
