Responsibilities Sourcing of Field workers (Construction workers) Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection and hiring for roles like Junior Project Engineers and other open and vacant positions. Weekly timekeeping of Field payroll Timekeeping of office based and site-based employees (every 15th and end of the month) Handles and maintains file 201 (both soft and hard copies) of field workers Issuance of Notices and Memorandum to employees (both field workers and employees) Implement employee discipline from Rank-and-File positions as well as Field workers. Facilitate performance evaluation of probationary employees (on 3rd and 5th month) Prepare listings of workers for newly open construction projects. Prepare forms and other workers related documents for newly opened construction projects. Attend hearings such as SEnA (Single Entry Approach) and Mediation hearings at DOLE and NLRC. Facilitate in the preparation and signing of Project employment contract for field workers. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in human resources or administrative roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered. Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, etc.) Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Other Qualifications Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
