This role focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that strengthen member capability, engagement, and alignment with Cooperative's purpose, principles, and norms. Asiapro Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a pioneering and leading worker’s cooperative in the Philippines with over 20 years of providing access to jobs with government and regular-status benefits, and additional financial privileges for our member-owners. Collaborating with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop solutions that support performance and growth. Managing budgets, schedules, and partnerships for training and engagement activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or Employee Engagement (at least 3–5 years in a similar role). Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in program implementation and evaluation. Creative, empathetic, and passionate about people development and Cooperative values.
