Full-Stack Developer (Lead Developer) Location: Pasig City / HybridCompany: GOAL Training and Review Center Inc.Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our lean, dynamic team and take the technical lead in building our custom recruitment and training platform from the ground up. You will design, implement, and maintain the system that connects healthcare professionals, employers, and language schools, ensuring a seamless experience for all users. This is a unique opportunity to be the pivotal person in shaping the core technology of a fast-growing startup. About the Role We are building our own internal platform — a modern recruitment and training system that connects international healthcare professionals, employers, and language schools. As our Full-Stack Developer , you will take the technical lead to design, build, and deploy the complete system from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications (frontend & backend). Design the database schema and build RESTful APIs (PostgreSQL). Create user-friendly dashboards using React & Tailwind CSS. Implement authentication, document management, and reporting modules. Manage deployments (AWS / Docker / CI/CD). Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and QA team. Ensure data privacy, performance, and scalability. Required Skills Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript (React + Node.js or Django). Proficiency in PostgreSQL / MySQL and REST API design . Familiar with cloud hosting (AWS / DigitalOcean) and Git workflows . Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Advantage: Experience in HR, ATS, or CRM systems. Minimum 3-5 Years of professional full-stack development experience. Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with react.js and modern JavaScript ES6+.
