Full-time Technical Support Specialist role based in the Philippines, primarily aligned with Australian business hours with some flexibility for US and client time zones. Remote (work from home) arrangement.

Job Description

ezyCollect is an Australian-founded B2B SaaS FinTech on a mission to eliminate late payments. Our platform automates invoice-to-payment processes and integrates with accounting/ERP software (MYOB, Xero, NetSuite, SAP, etc.). We are a growing team of 60+ across multiple regions, focused on helping businesses get paid on time, every time.

We are looking for a curious, determined professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. You will use your SQL know-how and integration expertise (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) to keep integrations running smoothly, squash sync issues, and support clients globally.

The Role
  • Installations of all supported ezyCollect integrations (e.g., NetSuite, MYOB EXO, MYOB Acumatica, Xero) and complex integrations
  • Perform daily sync integration checks
  • Resolve daily support tickets
  • Inbound customer support via Hubspot inbox and Intercom live chats
  • liaise with technology partners to resolve client issues
  • Maintain proper technical documentation
  • Support clients or perform tasks outside regular hours as needed (US or other client time zones)
The Role Requirements

General

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a technical support role, preferably SaaS/FinTech
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization and high-priority issue handling
  • Customer-focused with excellent English communication (phone, email, live chat)
  • Ability to explain complex issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with AUS and US clients preferred
  • Proactive, adaptable, with strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player willing to work outside regular hours when required

Technical

  • Experience integrating with Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or MYOB
  • Strong troubleshooting across software integrations and robust database knowledge
  • SQL querying for reporting/analysis
  • Development in Java, RESTful API, and application servers (Tomcat)
