Prepare, review, and consolidate the Payroll and Benefits Budget, ensuring alignment with overall HR and organizational financial plans. Evaluate and enhance HR systems and tools (e.g., Human Resource Information System) to improve data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency. Monitor and control HR-related expenses, ensuring adherence to approved budgets; prepare and recommend Special Budget Allocation Requests (SBAR) when required. Collaborate with HR and Finance leaders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment of payroll and benefits practices with company policies and statutory requirements. Act as the financial steward of the HR Department, providing insights and recommendations to support sound fiscal management and strategic decision-making. #J-18808-Ljbffr
