Direct message the job poster from The Bistro Group The Compensation and Benefits Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in the implementation of the company’s compensation and benefits programs. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll-related data, benefits administration, government remittances, and employee records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll data, including attendance reports, adjustments, and deductions. Coordinate with Accounting and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll release. Maintain employee salary and allowance records. Support in implementing salary adjustments, merit increases, and other pay-related changes. Process enrollment, updates, and cancellations for government‑mandated and company‑provided benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, HMO, insurance, etc.). Handle benefits claims, reimbursements, and related documentation. Monitor utilization of leave credits and ensure accurate encoding in HR systems. Assist in employee inquiries related to pay and benefits. Prepare and submit monthly government remittances and reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR). Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and labor standards. Maintain organized and updated employee 201 files and compensation records. Ensure confidentiality and security of employee compensation and benefits information. Assist in generating payroll, benefits, and compliance reports as required.
