We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented KOL Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re skilled at connecting with influencers, closing partnerships, and driving impactful collaborations, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities Identify and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and related industries. Build long-term relationships - negotiate collaborations, deliverables, and compensation packages that create mutual value. Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs to create creative, brand-aligned content and campaigns that drive engagement and visibility. Track and optimize performance - monitor metrics like impressions, CPM, and engagement to ensure campaign success. Qualifications Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful and cost-effective partnerships. Ability to work fast and efficiently, especially when managing multiple small-scale influencer campaigns. Professional and strategic communicator capable of handling high-value negotiations with top-tier KOLs. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all influencer levels.
