We are looking for a driven KOL Business Development to join our team – someone passionate about creating high-impact content that drives conversions, rides the wave of TikTok trends, and builds meaningful affiliate campaigns for our brand. Job Description Oversee end-to-end content creation tailored to beauty and personal care audiences, with a strong focus on affiliate performance and influencer partnerships. Collaborate strategically with influencers to drive brand visibility and conversion. Develop and execute high-impact content, affiliate campaigns leveraging TikTok trends. Qualifications Minimum of one (1) year of affiliate marketing experience in the beauty or personal care industry, with proven success in TikTok campaigns. Deep understanding of TikTok trends, internet culture, and personal branding strategies. Maintain a database of 500+ vetted beauty affiliates with documented performance metrics. Strong communication skills, with conversational fluency in English for global coordination, contract drafting, and negotiation. Passionate and committed to the beauty and skincare industry.
