Job Description Identify and connect with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in beauty, lifestyle, and related industries. Build long-term relationships - negotiate collaborations, deliverables, and compensation packages that create mutual value. Develop and manage partnerships with KOLs to create creative, brand-aligned content and campaigns that drive engagement and visibility. Track and optimize performance - monitor metrics like impressions, CPM, and engagement to ensure campaign success. Qualifications Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills to secure impactful and cost-effective partnerships Ability to work fast and efficiently, especially when managing multiple small-scale influencer campaigns Professional and strategic communicator capable of handling high-value negotiations with top-tier KOLs Excellent relationship‑building and interpersonal skills across all influencer levels #J-18808-Ljbffr
