Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to find and attract qualified candidates. Utilize job postings, social media recruitment, networking, and passive candidate outreach to build a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Screening & Selection Conduct initial interviews and screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Recruitment Coordination & Endorsement Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to final endorsement, ensuring candidates are well-prepared for the hiring process. Guide candidates through each hiring stage, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions. Candidate & Client Experience Ensure a positive candidate experience, providing timely updates, interview feedback, and professional communication. Work closely with clients and hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met efficiently. Database & ATS Management Maintain and update the recruitment database or applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring cycles. Employer Branding & Recruitment Optimization Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Stay up to date on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination. Strong interpersonal & communication skills – ability to connect with candidates and hiring managers effectively. Highly organized & detail-oriented – ability to manage multiple roles and hiring timelines simultaneously. Proficiency with ATS & HR software – experience with recruitment tools and database management. Knowledge of sourcing techniques – ability to use LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms to attract top talent.
