About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Developer to join our technical team. This role is focused on coding, building, and optimising HubSpot assets — including custom modules, templates, and themes — to power our marketing and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong coder who can translate requirements into clean, scalable, and efficient HubSpot solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop custom functionality and technical solutions that extend HubSpot’s core capabilities Implement automation and personalisation features to improve customer experience Ensure code quality through best practices, scalability, and maintainability Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of HubSpot pages and assets Manage content structure and workflows inside HubSpot CMS for efficiency and scalability Key Skills and Qualities Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation inside HubSpot Knowledge of responsive design principles and media queries Experience working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates) Willingness to provide an NBI clearance Technical Requirements Reliable PC/laptop with high specifications to accommodate editing software Camera: HD Webcam (720p) Internet Speed: 100+ Mbps - minimum About Us Outsourced Pro Global Limited is a trusted outsourcing partner supporting businesses in recruitment, finance, HR, payroll, and operations.
