Job Profile: PROCESS OPTIMIZATION ANALYST/ENGINEER

Work arrangement: Remote (PH night shift)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As a Process Optimization Analyst member at Qualfon, this position will facilitate projects by leading a team of stakeholders and conducting deep dive analysis. This role will play a key management role in gathering and analyzing data, designing and building solutions for our stakeholders. This role is expected to work on varied projects across multiple different programs within the company. This role will contribute to the stakeholder’s business strategy, aid in the execution of the proposed strategy, become an expert in multiple industries; turning data into meaningful insights and transformative solutions.

Objectives and duties:

1. Provide assistance to the process owners to identify improvement opportunities
2. Contextualizes and conceptualizes the objectives and needs into the framework established by three principles: Mission Statement and STRIDES values
3. Manage operational information of the business areas
4. Works with the business teams, leveraging technology when necessary
5. Assists the process owners to find the best way to improve current processes and solve process-related problems by holding meetings and collecting data
6. Analyzes process owners and their teams’ information to document, study, and improve their processes
7. Provides education to enable the process owners and their teams to standardize terminology across areas, departments, or geos
8. Work with process owners to standardize information collected/delivered
9. Lead process redesign workshops and facilitate knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering with clients
10. Document objective, analyze, and conclude; provide necessary training in tools involved
11. Assist in documentation of policies & procedures from newly improved processes
12. Assist in presenting newly improved processes to stakeholders
13. Support executives responsible for relationships with Qualfon’s strategic clients on process optimization matters
14. Present process improvement initiatives and results to clients at the highest levels
15. Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to improve processes related to transactional and strategic topics within the SOW
16. Develop effective line management relationships to ensure understanding of business objectives
17. Develop strong client relationships to build trust and enable sharing of confidential information
18. Provide/present relevant data & insights during business reviews as needed by operational leaders
19. Perform moderately complex audits and assessments of internal processes to ensure compliance
20. Perform audits related to hiring, technology management, project/program management, or supplier management per corporate methodologies
21. Draft audit reports and present issues with practical cross-functional solutions
22. Complete assigned audits within budgeted timeframes
23. Monitor, assess, and recommend solutions to emerging risks
24. Contribute to development of audit processes, including automated routines
25. Apply internal audit standards and regulations to provide timely audit assurance
26. Develop effective line management relationships to ensure alignment with business objectives
27. Plan for future quality department operations and procedural improvements

Bachelor’s Degree. An Engineering, IT, or Business -Preferred (equivalent experience can be considered)

Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (Internal Hires)-Required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Needs +5 years work experience in a related field
• Proven knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, 5S, TOC – Preferred
• Proven knowledge of BPR (Business Process Reengineering) – Preferred
• Proven knowledge of ERP, CRM, BPM, BI, and basic statistical analysis tools – Preferred
• Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written
• Full English language dominance - Required
• Ability to ask questions to understand the client’s pains and priorities
• Be a great ambassador of Qualfon
• Willingness to travel
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
