We are looking for a Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative with leadership experience to manage client interactions and support a small customer service team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in both Spanish and English, with a proven ability to lead, train, and motivate others while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide responsive and professional support to Spanish- and English-speaking clients via multiple channels. Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations with efficiency and empathy. Lead, coach, and mentor a small team to achieve performance goals and service quality standards. Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support training and onboarding initiatives. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs. Qualifications: Proficient in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client support. At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace. Why Join Us?
