Senior Recruitment Specialist | Psychometrician The ideal candidate for this position will directly plan, supervise, and oversee all phases of construction projects while ensuring that specifications and plans are accurately adhered to, within budget, and on schedule. He or she needs to ensure that construction projects are completed on schedule, to prevent delays that could cause critical or financial risk, and to manage construction emergencies and other unforeseen issues that may arise. As part of this role, the manager will have to create a high-performance culture in the construction department by adopting people management practices that emphasize empowerment, quality, productivity standards, and goal attainment.
