What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 2-3 years of relevant administration experience. (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office (email, internet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams) and other operating systems.
  • Document and Email Management
  • Appointment Setting
  • CRM Software proficiency

Nice to have:

  • Australian Healthcare experience
  • Hubspot Proficiency

What will you do?

  • Provide administrative coordination and support to the Professional Practice Team, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality, member-focused services, programs, and resources.
  • Coordinate the Endorsement Program (Mental Health and Supervision), including application processing, member support, scheduling, CRM updates, and audits.
  • Support quality meetings for the National Driving Taskforce and National Professional Practice & Standards Committee through scheduling, documentation, and liaison with members.
  • Maintain and manage the professional practice resources repository, including updates, reviews, and cross-team communication for accessibility.
  • Organise team meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items and monthly activity reports.
  • Assist with CRM and Monday Board usage and provide general administrative support including proofreading, document management, and intranet updates.
