Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in welding is a must Experience in industrial sales, or customer service is an advantage Understanding of welding processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn technical product knowledge. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude. Comfortable with travel and in-person sales visits.
