Sales Training Specialist

The Sales Training Specialist will be part of the Sales Development Team of Shang Properties, Inc., and will handle mainly training and engagement activities. Training Conducts the following training programs: Onboarding training for new seller applicants Product Knowledge Training Programs Developmental Training Programs Accreditation Training for Real Estate Brokers Corporate Presentations Creates customized training programs based on sales team needs Engagement Conceptualization and execution of seller engagement events (online and offline) Conceptualization and creation of sellers’ incentive programs Management and enforcement of social media guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferably graduates of BSBA, HRDM, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communications, BS REM, but other courses are welcome to apply Ideally 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate and/or Training Real Estate knowledge is preferred but is not required Tech-savvy Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
