We are looking for a dedicated Skincare Sales Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will provide expert advice on skincare products and treatments, assist clients with personalized consultations, and help drive sales in a clinic setting. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for beauty and wellness, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Consultations & Retail Sales

- Greet clients and make them feel welcome
- Assess skin needs and recommend the right products or treatments
- Explain how products work and what results to expect
- Meet personal and clinic sales targets
- Answer questions and handle concerns professionally

Product Knowledge & Inventory Support

- Stay updated on skincare products and new treatments
- Help organize shelves and maintain attractive displays
- Join training sessions and share product insights

Customer Relationship Building

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Encourage use of promos, loyalty programs, and referrals
- Keep client records accurate and up to date

Teamwork & Clinic Standards

- Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff
- Follow all clinic policies and safety guidelines
- Support a clean and professional clinic environment

Client Relationship Management

- Build lasting relationships through personalized care
- Promote clinic offers and referral programs
- Log client preferences and feedback in the CRM

Team Collaboration & Compliance

- Coordinate with the team for smooth client service
- Follow clinic procedures and health standards
- Help maintain a neat and organized workspace
