Overview The IT Sales Associate/Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, qualifying new leads for sales opportunities, and driving our sales efforts by identifying potential clients and understanding their needs to offer IT solutions that align with business objectives. The primary focus is generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing needs, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s products and services, understanding features, benefits, and unique selling points to communicate effectively. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, business solutions managers, technical service, project management, sales operations, logistics) to ensure smooth sales operations and timely delivery of products and services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field. At least 1 year of experience in Sales. Able to engage with internal and external clients.
