A day in the Life of a Business Development Manager
Responsibilities- Follow up on sales target, gross profit and accounts receivables
- Ensure proper performance of distributors and identify areas of improvement
- Identify new distributors in regions not covered
- Visit end user accounts with distributor
- Coordinate customer support and marketing activities
- Maintain and continuously nurture strong technical knowledge of the company’s products to ensure effective communication, training, and market positioning
- Address product application concerns related to calibration, controls, reagents, and others such as proper usability and troubleshooting
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Medical Technology
- Ideally at least 4-8 years of professional practice in IVD field
- Must be honest, transparent, motivated, driven, result oriented, collaborative, open to positive creative inputs and efficient communicator
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
- Good communication skills and fluent English
- Based in Manila City, but required to travel across all regions of the Philippines
- Training allowance
- Fresh, dynamic and confident environment
- Permanent contract with 6 months probation period
