What You’ll Do - Social Media & Content: Own our channels (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube) with daily sports + lifestyle content that makes people stop scrolling. - Graphic Design: Build flyers, menus, event promos, digital signage, and merch mockups that are as bold as game day. - Websites: Build, maintain, and develop brand sites — keeping them fresh, SEO-friendly, and customer-focused. - Campaigns: Launch paid ads, text/email blasts, loyalty pushes, and contests that drive real results (not just likes). - Branding: Keep our look, voice, and feel consistent across multiple businesses. - Merch/Swag: Take ideas from napkin sketch ? design ? vendor sourcing ? delivery ? customers rocking our gear. - Data & ROI: Track the numbers, report the wins, adjust the plays. Must-Have Skills Digital Marketing Strategy - Create & execute multi-channel campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Email, SMS, Loyalty App). - Strong understanding of paid ads, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Branding & Creative - Develop consistent brand voice, tone, and visual style. - Create high-quality, sports-themed, lifestyle-focused campaigns that feel premium but fun. Graphic Design - Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro). - Can produce flyers, menus, ads, digital signage, merch mockups. Social Media & Engagement - Daily posting schedule with sports + event tie-ins. - Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, contests). - Grow brand following and track KPIs (engagement, CTR, conversion). Content Creation - Video + Reels + Stories + TikTok. - Comfortable directing shoots (food, drinks, events, sports bar vibe). - Ability to capture live content at events and repurpose into evergreen assets. Website Build, Maintenance & Development - Build and manage websites (WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, or custom platforms). - Keep sites updated, optimized for SEO, mobile-friendly, and on-brand. - Integrate tools (reservations, ordering, e-commerce, event booking). Merchandise & Swag - Take branded merch ideas from concept ? design ? vendor sourcing ? production ? launch. - Experience with apparel, barware, giveaways, and limited-run collections. - Ability to build merch lines that create hype and generate revenue. Tech-Savvy & Automation - Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, Canva AI). - Familiar with Zapier, IFTTT, or marketing automation flows. - Can integrate loyalty programs, email blasts, push notifications, and analytics dashboards. Data-Driven - Runs campaigns tied to ROI, not just “likes.” - Reports weekly/monthly KPIs with recommendations for pivots.
