Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns for Enterprise level clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) to tie performance to business impact Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients Seek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow Participate in the development of new department training materials Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize and leverage Power Digital\'s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Requirements 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 2+ years in an agency setting Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.) Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms and how to integrate into overarching channel strategies Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Paid Media Channels Campaign development and optimization experience for large, enterprise-level accounts (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy) Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) within B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations Significant campaign management experience in: LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus) Experience in YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication (at least 3) Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the funnel Ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story beyond the numbers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Team EBITDA target: $13.5k per team member Maintain below 10% client churn rate Manage 4-6 complex/large accounts Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance Cross-channel collaboration Internal communication Power Digital’s people and culture are at the core of our success, and we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
